Lindy Henderson

Lindy Henderson and George Lawrie were among the few people who could remember living on the Point in Mallaig. On 13th April 2008 Jill de Fresnes met them on the Point to record some of their memories of life there.

In this extract Lindy recalls her first impressions of Mallaig when she first came in 1932 and tells us about life in the fishworkers' huts on the Point. The interview was filmed by Keith Eddie.
